Can I just say that dog food, water and ketchup mixed in a pitcher and left to sit over night does not smell pleasant! Don't ask, just remember that I have three boys!

- I am a stay at home mom of three kids. All boys. All adopted. They are such a blessing to our lives. I have been married for 14 wonderful years to the most wonderful husband. Over the last year and a half our lives have taken a significant turn of events. I went to school to become a Foot Zonologist and because of the things I learned about our bodies have started on our journey to become healthy. We have also started homeschooling and through this journey have found the true joy that is being a FAMILY!
